Pioneer membership is open to all residents of Santa Maria Valley, prior to and including 1940, and their descendants. The area includes: Casmalia, Cuyama, Gary, Guadalupe, Los Alamos, Nipomo, Orcutt, Sisquoc, Santa Maria and all towns and people surrounding Santa Maria Valley.
